Thank you for your interest in WonderWell. To officially place your child on our Waitlist, submission of this form is required (per child). Submission of this form and payment of this fee do not guarantee acceptance into our program, as each family is required to submit a TADS application for the desired school year, register for and attend one Shadow Visit, and sign their Tuition Agreement in TADS on or before the deadline prior to the desired school year.

Our Waitlist application fee of $500 is fully refundable, should you decide not to proceed for any reason.
