All tuition payments are automatically drafted and are due on the fifth business day of each month with no deduction for absences, family vacations, holidays, or closures due to inclement weather, power outages, or other situations beyond our control. Payments are due as outlined in the WonderWell Tuition and Fee Agreement. WonderWell siblings will receive a 20% discount on the lowest tuition. For more information about tuition policies (including policies related to late payment charges, returned check charges, and the late pick-up surcharge), please refer to our WonderWell Parent Handbook.
Play-based After School Care Program
We open our doors to our families each day at 7:30 am for mixed-age courtyard play and family drop off time; the school day begins at 8:30 am and ends at 3:00 pm. WonderWell additionally offers a play-based after school care program from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm to enrolled families only.
Our after school care program fee is $350 per month. A $50 surcharge will apply to late pick-up instances (pick-up after 5:30 pm). In order to adequately plan for staffing, families will be required to pre-pay for this service at the beginning of each month.
Lunch and Snack(s)
Our Imagineers are asked to bring a healthy, organic lunch and a morning snack from home each day. Imagineers enrolled in our After School Program are asked to bring an afternoon snack.
We also offer families the option to order their child a locally sourced, organic lunch from Beeline Market. Parents can enroll in this optional lunch program by navigating to Beeline Market's website: https://beelinemarket.com/pages/school-lunch-program
